Paulie's Poboys may be a new name, but our story began more than 60+ years ago. What started as a small family business in Houston has grown into a neighborhood tradition built on fresh food, family recipes and genuine hospitality.
While poboys are at the heart of what we do, our Lebanese roots are just as important to our story. From hummus and tabbouli to our falafel, gyro, and baklava, our menu brings together the flavors our family grew up with and the Houston classics our customers love.
For generations, our goal has stayed the same: serve great food, treat people like family, and give Houston a poboy experience that's distinctly Paulie's.
