Paulie’s Poboy’s is a new name to an old time business that began in the late 50’s. We are a small family owned business (70 years and counting) that promises to provide our customers with a unique type of Poboy. When most people think “Poboy’s” they think “New Orleans,” but our goal has been to redefine what the word “POBOY” in Houston exemplifies. We have accomplished just that. Our mission is to provide an exemplary experience for all of our customers. Beyond just poyboys. We also provide an authentic taste from our home country, Lebanon!
